Reinhard Schlinkert, Chairman

 Mr. Schlinkert has over 30 years of experience conducting market research. A visionary, he created the first German fully automated TV audience research panel, Teleskopie, in 1975. Mr. Schlinkert became a member of the infas management in 1978 and has since been responsible for election night reporting for the ARD in Germany. From 1983 to 1985, he led the Société Ouest Africaine d'alimentation (SOA) in Lomè/Togo, which he founded. After establishing his own market and political research firm, dimap, Mr. Schlinkert founded a joint associate company, infratest dimap, with Infratest Burke.   

Nik Nanos, Managing Director

  A trusted researcher and strategic advisor, Mr. Nanos is a recognized leader in public opinion research, with 30 years of experience in the industry. Executive Chairman of Nanos Research, one of North America’s premier research and strategy organizations. Mr. Nanos is a Research Associate Professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, a Global Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars in Washington, DC as well as a Fellow of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA). He is the official pollster for CTV News, the Globe and Mail, and Bloomberg News in Canada.   

John Nanos, Director

 Mr. Nanos joined Nanos Research in 1988 and has more than 25 years of experience in conducting public opinion research. An expert in quantitative research and leading edge research technology solutions, Mr. Nanos has directed an important number of telephone, online, and in-person research projects. As Chief Privacy and Security Offer for Nanos Research, he manages security and all sensitive information. Possessing advanced skills in SPSS, Mr. Nanos oversees all the statistical tabulations for Nanos Research. He also published research patents pending (IPN WO 99/35600) with the World Intellectual Property Organization.   

Knut Holzscheck, Director

 Mr. Holzscheck has over 20 years of experience within the field of communications research. A specialist in data processing and analysis, he joined the German research group of social sciences at Max-Planck-Institute for foreign and international private law. A believer in social science research, Mr. Holzscheck founded Gesellschaft für Software und Sozialforschung (GESS), which expanded into GESS-Group, specializing in software development, CATI and data analysis. A managing shareholder of dimap since 1996, he was involved in the funding of infratest dimap. Mr. Holzscheck actively conducts predictions and projections during all election nightly reports for the ARD.
